Happy Veterans Day!

The History of Veteran's Day

Three Generations of Soldiers in my family.

If you are looking for ways to help veterans in your area this season, there are many things you can do. Get involved. Go visit the Vets at your local VA hospital. Many of them just want some one to talk to. Write down their stories for future generations. Find out if your area has a homeless veteran's shelter (mine does) and see what they need. If you feel strongly about the need to improve veteran's benefits, write to your local congressmen and tell them so. Connect with your State VA and see what they need and how you can help.(AZ, IL)

But whatever you do today, please pray for all our Veterans and active duty military and remember to thank them when you see them.

That's a great picture!

I've been praying for you and watching your site for updates; how are you all doing?
